August 28, 2009 wedding make-up - If you are in need of a make-up artist; I highly recommend using Facia Bella. Genevie is amazing! She is an extremely talented make-up artist and a pleasure to be around. Genevie and Elana are very professional. I immediately felt confident that my makeup would be flawless after meeting with them for my make-up trial run. Genevie did such a fantastic job on my makeup! The makeup lasted all night long even after dancing like a maniac on the dance floor. The colors she used were perfect for my skin tone. I will use Elana and Genevie in the future should I ever need my make-up done again. I received many compliments on how beautiful my makeup was on my wedding day. Genevie gave me wonderful advice on how to take care of my skin prior to the wedding to ensure that I looked flawless. She and Elana are the real thing! Please do not hesitate to use them!
Just a few weeks before my daughter's wedding in Murphys, CA we panicked because we realized that the original make up artist we had hired was not going to work out. After thoroughly researching available make up artists in and around the bay area (who would be willing to travel to a destination wedding) I was blessed and so very lucky to find Elana Chambliss with Facia Bella. From the very first phone conversation I had with Elana, she put me at ease and I knew that wedding make up was going to be well taken care of. My daughter and I visited with Elana for make up consultations - we left feeling glamorous and confident that we were definitely going to look and feel our best for the special day. Elana arrived at the wedding site with her daughter Genevie who is also a very accomplished and competent make up artist. They spent the entire day working on the bride, all the bridesmaids and the two mothers. Everyone of us felt and looked amazing for the wedding and the photos. The make up lasted way until the wee hours even after the party was over. I loved it so much I didn't want to wash my face before going to bed that night.
I highly recommend Elana and Genevie of Facia Bella not only for Wedding make up but for any special occasion make up or for a photo shoot. They are so pleasant to work with, extremely reliable and unbelievably talented. My many conversations with Elana brought me feeling so close to her that I didn't want to say good bye at the end of the session preparing for the Wedding. I live almost 2 hours away from Elana but if I were closer... I feel as if we could be the best of friends. Well, at least that is the way she made me feel throughout this whole process. If you are looking for perfect wedding make up - don't hesitate - call Facia Bella and Elana will take very good care of you.
Elana and Genevie really know how to prepare their clients. Their thouroughness is amazing. They want most to meet the expectations of their clients, and they seek out as much info from their clients as is possible so that they do match their clients' expectations.
Facia Bella ( Elana & Danielle) did my hair and makeup for my wedding April 19th - I was so happy with how beautiful they made me look and feel. Everything about them is wonderful, professional, and deserving of this vote.
She is seriouly the best make up artist in Sacramento and the Bay Area. She did the most amazing job at my wedding on me, all my bridesmaids and the moms. She is professional and very knowledgable. And oh so helpful, especially for me who is does not know the most about make up. She made me feel like a princess and it shows in all our pictures. Thank you Elana!! You are the best :-)

They did a great job on hair and makeup for my sister on her wedding day. They helped me and the other bridesmaid with ours also even though they were only paid to do my sister's.
Elana is one of the best make-up artists I've met. She is easy going and very knowledgeable. She listens and delivers like no one else. A true artist! Her daughter and her are THE TEAM you MUST call.
Elana and Charmin did a very posh wedding that I attended in November and did an outstanding job. Much better than I have ever seen anyone else do.
I have seen them in action, I have seen there work and they are simply awesome. The attention to detail is impeccable. They pull out all the stops to make sure that your special day is indeed just that special. Your pictures will forever tell the story of the day and when your hair and make-up is done up as well the pictures indeed will be amazing proof.
Genevie with Facia Bella did an outstanding job on my wedding day makeup. She took the time to go shopping with me to test various makeup colors and see what was going to work best and then actually purchased the products to use on me on my wedding day. The work she does is beautiful and she really works with her brides to create the look they are envisioning. My makeup the day of was wonderful and held up for twelve hours in hundred degree temps that day. By the end of the night, I looked exactly as I had the moment she finished, nothing wore off. Five stars!!
Elana @ Facia Bella is PHENOMENAL! Mywedding was perfect....amazing and everything I could have hoped for! The makeup was soooooooo fabulous that I think it prevented me from sweating on my face and even held up with my many tears...My mom and sister in law loved the makeup too....my mom even kept her eyelashes on the next day.
If you are deciding between a few hair/make-up artists for your wedding or special occasion, I definitely recommend FaciaBella!!! They are a great team of artists. They are professional, friendly and very talented in their work. I was very impressed with the finished product and you will too, as they are skilled in many looks and hair styles. Their pictures are great but there is nothing like seeing the complete look in person. Go with Facia Bella, you won’t be disappointed!
